Who can apply
The organiser advertises eligibility from ages 5 to 120, with age-group student categories, young artists aged 19–28, an artist division for older trained musicians and a separate adult amateur division. Piano, strings, winds, brass, guitar, harp, percussion, voice and chamber music are all eligible.
Dates, fees and rewards
Applications close 30 October 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time, with results planned for 4 November. Solo entry costs US$165–175 depending on payment method; chamber entries cost US$85–90 per performer. A separate concert participation fee applies to the winners’ recital.
How to apply
Submit one continuous, unedited performance video recorded on or after 30 October 2025 through an accessible YouTube or Vimeo link in the official application. Choose the appropriate age and performer division before payment.
Important conditions
An award does not automatically mean a cost-free Carnegie Hall appearance. The organiser lists a separate concert fee; performers should verify attendance conditions, travel expenses and all relevant rules before entering.
