Cancellations and refunds

As a rule, cancellations and refunds for an applicant’s personal reasons are not accepted after payment. Duplicate payments or cancellation of a competition by the organizer will result in a refund of the relevant amount. If we cannot provide paid feedback for a valid entry for reasons attributable to the organizer, the feedback fee will be refunded. Invalid, ineligible and disqualified entries are handled under the applicable competition rules. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

For cancellation or refund enquiries, email info@iseshimaart.com with your name, the competition name and the payment date.

Entry conditions

Consult each competition’s rules and application form for eligible works and performances, age requirements, submission materials, access requirements for external links, and conditions governing invalid entries or disqualification. Feedback must be requested at the time of entry; additions or cancellations after payment are generally not accepted.
