Tallinn Music Week 2027 Calls for Bands and Solo Artists Worldwide
Opportunity overview
Tallinn Music Week is accepting showcase applications from artists of every genre and country for April 8–10, 2027 in Estonia's capital. Around 175 performers will feature at music venues across Tallinn alongside an industry conference, networking sessions and a wider city festival. Independent, pop, rock, electronic and other acts are welcome.
Eligibility and eligible practices
The organizer explicitly welcomes artists from across the globe. Submissions must be made through the official Google form linked on TMW's Artist Applications page. Applicants should receive an email copy of their answers; the organizer warns that an application without such confirmation may not have been received.
Application materials and procedure
Selected artists receive TMW PRO passes for stage performers and one representative, access to the industry conference and mentoring programme, promotional exposure, basic sound, lighting and backline where suitable, and professional production support. Dedicated screens or custom visuals are not guaranteed, and special backline can incur the artist's own costs. Technical riders are due at least four weeks before performing.
Deadlines and selection
The application closes October 26, 2026 at 23:59 EET. The booking team expects to notify both successful and unsuccessful applicants by January 2027. Accepting a booking creates a binding agreement, and cancellation without legitimate reason may lead to reimbursement obligations.
Fees, support and caveats
The festival does not pay a performance fee or international travel costs. International performers are offered a twin-room stay at a three-star hotel on their performance night for the performing musicians and one representative, a hot meal on show day, and airport or ferry-terminal transfer upon request. The public notice does not specify a fixed application fee, so applicants should check the form for any separate requirement.
