Deadline: 30 September 2026.
Entry fee: CZK 500 or EUR 21 per person. The administrative fee is non-refundable.
Eligibility: Open to composers of any nationality who are not older than 40 years at the application deadline.
Composition / submission requirements: The competition is for new multichannel and stereo electroacoustic compositions. Each composition must be 7 to 20 minutes. The work must not have been previously published, premiered, or commissioned. The presentation to the jury is anonymous.
Prize / benefit: The first-place winner receives CZK 25,000 gross and a Max software license. Second place receives a Max software license. The jury will select up to five additional pieces for performance at the gala concert in Brno at the Theatre on Orlí Street on 29 November 2026.
Application method: Send the audio files and concept as one compressed ZIP or RAR file via Dropbox, WeTransfer, or a similar service to soundchain@jamu.cz. The CV, proof of identity, application form, and payment confirmation are sent as attachments to the same email.
