OSSIA New Music 2026/2027 International Call for Works

Fee / cost: No entry fee.
Eligibility: Composers age 30 and under as of 1 August 2026, or composers currently enrolled in a degree-granting program in composition. The call is open to all nationalities. Current Eastman students and alumni of Eastman's Composition Program are ineligible.
Opportunity / submission requirements: Works should be 5 to 15 minutes and involve 2 to 12 players. Electronics such as audio playback or live processing are acceptable with instruments. Works of any style, aesthetic, and notation may be considered, with mixed ensembles preferred. Composers may submit up to two works in one Google form entry. Scores, recordings, and other materials must be uploaded to a cloud-sharing service and linked in the entry form.
Prize / benefit / support: Selected pieces are performed in OSSIA New Music's upcoming concerts with support from OSSIA for the premiere.
Application method: Submit through the Google Form linked on the official call page. The page asks for cloud links to scores, recordings, and other materials, and a two-page CV or resume.
