Entry fee / cost: €35 for the first submitted composition and €20 for each additional composition.
Eligibility: Open to composers of any nationality and with no age limit. Each participant may submit one or more piano compositions, with a separate registration for each piece.
Opportunity / submission requirements: The 2026 edition is dedicated to new works for piano. Compositions must be unpublished and must never have been publicly performed, broadcast, or recorded in any form. Duration must be between 7 and 12 minutes. Electronics, amplification, and electromechanical devices are not allowed. Prepared piano is permitted only with non-electronic and non-electromechanical objects applied directly to the instrument. Submitted works must be anonymous and identified by a motto.
Prize / benefit: The official rules list 1st Prize €1,000, plaque, parchment, world premiere performance, and professional live video recording; 2nd Prize €300 with plaque, parchment, world premiere, and professional live video; and 3rd Prize €200 with the same performance and recording benefits. Performances are scheduled at the Church of Santa Caterina d’Alessandria in Alife, Italy, on a date to be determined.
Application method: Email the required materials to teleionmusicaecultura@gmail.com, including the anonymous score, composer CV/photo, declaration of authorship, identity document copy, payment receipt, and short explanation of the submitted piece. An MP3 recording is recommended but not mandatory.
