Entry fee: €60 for each score.
Eligibility: Open to composers of any nationality, with no age limit.
Composition / submission requirements: The 2026 edition is dedicated to compositions for string quartet. Duration must not exceed 12 minutes. Each candidate may submit one or more compositions, even if already performed, provided they are unpublished and have not received prizes in other competitions. Electronic or recorded media are not allowed. Scores must be anonymous and marked with a motto.
Prize / benefit: Three works are selected for the final concert in December 2026, performed by Quartetto Maurice at the end of the 63rd Nuova Consonanza Festival. The winning composition receives €1,000 and publication by Sconfinarte of Milan.
Application method: Send the application only by email to concorsoevangelisti@nuovaconsonanza.it. Required documents include the signed application form, brief curriculum, payment receipt, identity document, and anonymous score. Audio links are optional but must be downloadable and anonymous.
