Entry fee: €50.
Eligibility: Open to composers of any nationality and citizenship, with no age restrictions.
Composition / submission requirements: Category A is for solo soprano, string quintet, and harpsichord or organ, inspired by the Canticle of the Creatures. Category B is for string quartet. Maximum duration is 10 minutes. Electronic instruments and instruments other than those listed in the call are not allowed. Each composer may submit a maximum of one work per category.
Prize / benefit: The Francesco Mario Pagano 2026 Prize includes €800, printed edition, and public concert performance. The Don Beniamino Cirone Prize is awarded to the best composition by a composer born after 1 January 1986 and includes printed edition and public concert performance.
Application method: Submit the complete score, individual parts, and audio file by email to elaboraticoncorsopagano@gmail.com. The submission must be anonymous and use a motto or code.
