ISAC Junior 2027 Application Form

Submit one form and complete payment for each performance. Application deadline: 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2027. Results are scheduled to be announced at the end of March 2027.

3. Performance

Title of the piece*

Performance video URL*

Submit a single continuous, unedited performance video between 30 seconds and 10 minutes in length. Use a public or unlisted link on a video-hosting service such as YouTube, Youku, or Vimeo that can be viewed without signing in or entering a password. Do not change the URL or its visibility settings before the results are announced. The participant, the instrument used, and the performance must be clearly visible. Do not display or state the participant’s name, age, address, or school name in the video.

4. Principal Teacher (optional)

Register one principal teacher only if you want this entry to count toward the ISAC Teacher Award. The award is presented to a registered principal teacher who, in the same edition of the competition, has taught a total of at least two recipients of Gold or Silver Awards.

5. Written Feedback

Written feedback consists of one report compiling comments and advice from multiple jury members. We plan to send it to the email address of the person completing this form within two months after the results are announced. The feedback service does not include changes to the adjudication result, responses to questions, additional explanations, re-adjudication, or revisions to the report. The original jury comments will be written in Japanese. Please select one of the available delivery languages below. If you select a language other than Japanese, you will receive a translated feedback report.

6. Payment

Fees (charged in Japanese yen; USD amounts are approximate): • Up to 23:59 GMT on 17 January 2027: JPY 5,000 (approx. USD 31 / entry only) or JPY 8,000 (approx. USD 50 / with written feedback) • From 00:00 GMT on 18 January 2027 to 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2027: JPY 7,000 (approx. USD 44 / entry only) or JPY 10,000 (approx. USD 63 / with written feedback) The approximate USD amounts are for reference only and are based on the exchange rate checked on 2 September 2026: USD 1 = JPY 159.70. Payments are processed in Japanese yen. The final amount charged in USD will depend on the exchange rate used by your card issuer or PayPal. Payment must be made online by credit card or PayPal. Select the one fee that matches the applicable entry period in GMT and your written feedback selection.

7. Agreements

I have reviewed and corrected my entry details, number of entries, fees and paid options, deadline and expected service dates. If the participant is a minor, the legal representative has consented. After payment, cancellation and refunds for the applicant’s convenience are generally unavailable; exceptions for duplicate payments, organizer cancellation and statutory rights are explained below.
