4. Individual Feedback

The jurors' original comments are written in Japanese or English. The applicant chooses the delivery language, not the original language. If the selected delivery language differs from the original, a translated version is provided. A consolidated feedback report combining comments from the jurors is sent to the registered email within two months after results. It is independent of awards and is not a score, ranking, or request for reconsideration. Feedback can be requested only at application.

5. Payment

Pricing (charged in JPY; approximate USD equivalents):

• Through 17 January 2027, 23:59 GMT: JPY 5,000 (approx. USD 31; application only) / JPY 10,000 (approx. USD 63; with feedback)

• 18–31 January 2027, 23:59 GMT: JPY 7,000 (approx. USD 44; application only) / JPY 12,000 (approx. USD 75; with feedback)

Approximate USD amounts are based on the Bank of Japan exchange rate checked on 2 September 2026 (JPY 159.70 per USD) and are for reference only. Payment is charged in JPY; the final USD amount depends on your card issuer or PayPal exchange rate and fees.

Payment is collected online by credit card or PayPal. The form automatically blocks a fee that does not match the current GMT application period or the feedback option selected above.
