4. Consolidated Jury Feedback

Consolidated Jury Feedback combines comments and recommendations from several jurors in a single written report. Individual jurors’ comments are not sent separately. We plan to send the report to your contact email address within two months after the results are announced. The report is not a score sheet and does not involve reconsideration of the results.

5. Payment

Pricing (charged in JPY; approximate USD equivalents):

• Through 17 January 2027, 23:59 GMT: JPY 5,000 (approx. USD 31; application only) / JPY 10,000 (approx. USD 63; with feedback)

• 18–31 January 2027, 23:59 GMT: JPY 7,000 (approx. USD 44; application only) / JPY 12,000 (approx. USD 75; with feedback)

Approximate USD amounts are based on the Bank of Japan exchange rate checked on 2 September 2026 (JPY 159.70 per USD) and are for reference only. Payment is charged in JPY; the final USD amount depends on your card issuer or PayPal exchange rate and fees.

Payment is collected online by credit card or PayPal. The form automatically blocks a fee that does not match the current GMT application period or the feedback option selected above.

6. Rules and Consent

I understand that one form submission and one payment are required per work; that the applicable fee is determined by the later of the form submission time and payment completion time; and that both must be completed by the final deadline. I have reviewed and corrected my entry details, number of entries, fees and paid options, deadline and expected service dates. If the participant is a minor, the legal representative has consented. After payment, cancellation and refunds for the applicant’s convenience are generally unavailable; exceptions for duplicate payments, organizer cancellation and statutory rights are explained below.
